OUR STORY
Husband and wife Qing Ni and Lien Tran have over 20 years of culinary experience and have previously worked in cities such as Toronto, Collingwood, Saskatoon, Vancouver, and Lake Tahoe, CA. After many dedicated years of hard work, the husband-wife team ventured off on their own and opened Qing’s Cuisine in Barrie, Ontario in 2014.

Qing Ni is the mastermind behind the Szechuan inspired dishes, bringing flavours from his hometown in China. You can catch him in his element, working the notoriously loud wok that locals have grown to be in awe of.
