Strips of beef are carefully deep fried until crispy perfection. Followed by stir frying added fresh ingredients such as ginger, onion, jalapeño peppers, dried Thai chilli peppers, celery, and carrots. Then we finish it off with spicy sweet and sour sauce to bring you the tastiest Shredded Crispy Beef in town.
Unlike traditional methods of cooking pad thai, we stir fry vegetables first then add rice noodles. This means we don’t use pre-soaked noodles. Instead, we cook noodles raw in the wok! Our Non-spicy Pad Thai sauce is sweet and has fish sauce. Our Spicy Pad Thai has no fish sauce and comes in medium spice. Both are tomato sauce based. (Please inform us of any nut allergies).
Our Mongolian Chicken is a little sweet and a little spicy. Sliced chicken breast served on a bed of dry vermicelli noodles. It’s stir fried with white and green onions, dried Thai chilli peppers, Thai chilli sauce and soy sauce. (Can request for a gluten free option - no added soy sauce).
With over 20 years of culinary experience, husband and wife, Qing Ni and Lien Tran have both worked in cities such as Toronto, Saskatoon, Collingwood, Vancouver and California. In 2014, after many dedicated years of hard work, the husband-wife team have ventured off on their own. Today, they are proud owners of Qing’s Cuisine located in Barrie, Ontario.
