I can’t seem to get through when I call. Are you open?

Yes, we’re open. We are currently experiencing higher than normal call volume and we are a small team—please keep trying. Thank you for your patience.

What’s the best way to contact you?

Call us directly. There will be a delay in real-time response as our online/digital operation is based in Toronto, ON.

Can I order through Facebook/Instagram?

No. Please order online on our website or via phone.

Can I order through email?

No. Please order online on our website or via phone.

How do you take payment?

Cash, credit or debit via phone or in person.

How much is it for delivery?

We use a third-party service and do not have control over the final cost of delivery. All rates are zone-based and we charge you exactly what our delivery partner charges. The rates are seen below:

Close to the restaurant $6

North of Barrie $8

Out of Barrie (i.e. Innisfil, Angus, etc) $12

Please call and ask beforehand if you’re not sure which zone you’re in.

Is the lunch menu still available for delivery?

Yes but only during lunch hours. Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 2:30 pm.

Are you on SkipTheDishes, UberEats, DoorDash, etc?

No, we have our own delivery vendor.

I have celiac disease. Which dish items are gluten-free?

Most of our food can be modified to be gluten-free. Please inform us of your gluten allergies / sensitivities before placing an order and we’ll be happy to accommodate with a substitute. 

I’m vegan. What can I order? 

Any vegetarian dishes. You can also request to substitute any meat with tofu instead.

I have a sensitivity to eggs. What can I order from your menu that doesn’t have eggs as an ingredient?

Currently, we marinate our meat and seafood in batches but with very minimal eggs. Please inform us of your allergies/sensitivities before placing an order with us and we’ll be happy to accommodate with a substitute. 

I have a dairy allergy. Which dish items are dairy-free?

Only our Pot Sticker Dumplings contain milk. Please inform us of your allergies/sensitivities before placing an order with us and we’ll be happy to accommodate with a substitute. 

I have an MSG sensitivity. What can I order?

Most of our foods are prepared with a bit of MSG the night before. Please inform us of your allergies/sensitivities before placing an order with us and we’ll be happy to accommodate with a substitute or possibly make a custom order if you let us know days prior to pick-up.

I can’t handle spice. Can I request less spice or none?

Yes. Let us know before you place an order and we’ll be happy to adjust according to your preference.
